Update: 4/1/24
Sale Filters has sent a replacement and I received it on March 26,2024. The replacement filter is working well with no leakage. They have earned back my trust. I hope they add a live chat support in the future because emails can sometimes get buried.

I would've given 5 stars,but deducted 3 because one of the filters was defective and customer service hasn't responded to e-mails I sent that included order information to facilitate the process. It has been over 6 months and still no reply despite resending the same e-mail multiple times.
